Enterprise Space - office/workspace options for social enterprises and business

The Hub boasts a number of spaces.

Performance Space - Arts, drama, music and creative media suites.

Learning Space - An educational resources centre offering accredited vocational learning opportunities, housing the new Walsall Studio School

Conference Space - 400 Seater Auditorium, Training/advice, counselling suites, a canteen / training kitchen serving the users.

Play Space - Recreational facilities.

Goldmine boasts superb conference, event and meeting options.

Meeting/training rooms from 45 to 85 sq m (485 to 915 sq ft) suitable for 10 to 80 people (depending on layout)

Room can be fitted/laid to the requirements of the hirer.

Smaller meeting rooms are also available.

Creative space incorporating computers/Apple Macs (Vines)

All facilities are fully accessible to people with disabilities.

Internet connection is included in all our meeting/conference rooms.

Goldmine Hub

A dedicated Social Enterprise room in Goldmine provides the ideal opportunity for new social enterprises to work alongside other like-minded organisations, with support services also on-hand. 
15 desks are available for individuals or enterprises requiring multiple desks to rent, either on a monthly full-time, or hot-desking (from 1 day a month) basis.

Flexible terms
Desk/Office solutions are available on flexible easy-in, easy-out terms, with simple agreements not requiring solicitors.
Desks are available at reasonable rates on an all inclusive basis.

Shared desk solutions from 1 day per month are available - starting at £15 per day

Catering options are also available from our own Vines restaurant, providing a complete spread of options from drinks/biscuits/snacks, to various buffet options, to full service dining.

Goldmine also has its own kitchen facility.
